I have Althon 4400+ Mobo is DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D I have SATA harddirves (I hope I connected that corect, SATA cable for each and then power cord from PSU) I have 2 CD-Rooms, connected with Ribbon Plugs and Power plugs from PSU. Check the jumpers on the back of your CDROM drives. There should be a small block of pins and a little plastic piece, the jumper, over two of the pins. Follow the diagram printed on the drives and set one drive as Master and the second drive as Slave. If they are on the same IDE ribbon, set them both to Cable Select. Then the BIOS should recognize both of them.

That is the correct way to plug in the cables, but the jumpers are the key. If they are both set to Master, then the BIOS will only recognize one drive. You need to make sure they are different.
