asus mobo, amd and ddr2?
ok so i got the top of the line asus a8n32-sli mobo and amd fx 57 processor. is it possible run ddr2 memory on this system, i have heard amd can not run ddr2 yet and only intel can. is this true? if the mobo and amd processor are compatible should i go with ddr2? please help, im days away from buying!

Nope, you can only use DDR with DDR motherboards and DDR2 with DDR2 motherboards - the slots are phyically different. Currently only newer Intel systems can use DDR2 and AMD only uses DDR (for now, the new M2 socket will switch to DDR2).

Also, currently DDR2 is not really much, if any faster, from what I've read.
