Ok --- im leaving this one up to the masses... ive been on all kinds of sites looking for good barebones systems and theres just too many to sift through
i want a good starter - fair price - nothing over the top.... its going to be primarily for gaming - but overall power usage..... ive always been big on ram and video cards - so i plan to purchase them after i decide on a mobo/processor situation.... links would be appreciated.... |

What is your budget for the case and its total contents? Don't get a preconfigured barebones, let's look at individual components. Do you want AMD or Intel? Do you have any existing components you can recycle into it, and if so, what? Do you need an operating system as part of the budget?

Go to newegg.com and you can purchase all components and make a good system for around 900....
