New build help please

hey when did the first boot it came on went to the windos xp loading screen and then it went blue for a sec and reset itself it keeps doin it can you please help me

First of all, what are your system specs? Is this a home built computer?

What exactly is happening? You have to be specific, are you trying to install the OS?

Post your full system specs, with as much information as you can provide (ie. mobo, cpu, hdd, psu, etc.).

Sounds like you are trying to reuse a hard drive with XP already on it from another system. You need to do a repair reinstall of XP, procedures are in the Tips and Tricks forum.
