greedo 23 pin psu

I have a MB TForce4U and a Antec 550W PS.

My question is my MB says on pin 19 that it needs -5V but on my 24 pin power connector is empty. Should I be concerned about this? I don't want to turn it on until I someone convinces me that it's not going to mess up my new computer. Thanks

Nope - that's fine. That's a normal 24 pin connector.

Even though it says it needs -5V on that pin.

I'll let you know wednesday. The first time I put my computer together either my MB or PS crashed. I didn't really know which one so I sent both back. I am pretty sure it was the power supply. It really odd because the first time I powered on the system all worked fine, straight in the BIOS, but when I had it boot from the disk drive it wigged out. So immediately turned off the system and tried to power up again. It was sort of powering my MOBO because I had a power indication light, but has soon has I depressed the Power button. The fans turned on and then just went off so pretty much NO LUCK. So I've been a little hesitant about doing it myself again. I thought I had possibly messed up but now I'm pretty sure it wasn't me.

When you get the new parts, do this FIRST.

Thanks for all the help. Build went without issue. Real Quick question though. CPU is running at about 35C with processor fan full out, in idle condition. Is this bad. I have a feeling I might have put to much arctic silver 5 down.

That sounds alright...If it were 50C+ at idle, id be a little worried. it could be a case of an overuse in arctic silver, or the heatsink wasnt properly installed.
