i dont know much about psus so fill me in on the right one

i already have the case, cd-rw drive, dvd-rw drive, floppy drive
do i need a fan for the cpu of is retail sufficient?

Mobo looks good, but I'd rather see you get the 4800+ X2 - it's a little cheaper and I think it'll be more future-proof. As for the video card, I'm not sure about the quality of the brand. I'd rather see an eVGA. I believe they have an OC version around the same price.

As for the hard drive - it's WAY overboard. For half as much you could get twice as much space and nearly the same performance. There are some 16MB cache ones (WD Caviar SE16) that you might look at.

RAM looks fine (especially after rebate ) And good, I see you have a quality SLI-Certified power supply. Don't forget the OS - Win XP Home OEM is around $90

The retail fan will be sufficient (provided the case has good airflow)

If you want the Raptor HDD and it's within your budget that's fine but as blue60007 said, it's WAY overboard.
That Enermax PSU should fill your needs for now and in the future. Thers is a guideline for PSU's Here

i updated the video card link, its now an evga card since its a trusted brand for the same money and same clock speed card as before
