Exclamation new Epox MB and now I can't boot up

Just purchased a brand new Epox EP-8KDA3J motherboard and a new retail AMD Athlon 3200 CPU plus 1 GIG Ram
I installed these into my old computer and connected up my hard drives (EIDE).
Turn the machine on and initally all seems well. It goes through the POST with no issues, I get the first screen of the WINDOWS XP Start up. Suddenly it goes back to the POST followed by the boot screen asking you if you want to boot normally or in safe mode etc. The board has a LED on it that gives off codes. As it is booting, it cycles through numerous codes and then settles on FF
Has anybody come across this before? Any help is appreciated.

You need to do a repair reinstall of the operating system.
