ive never heard of that mobo, so im not sure about that. I think that psu the case comes with is only a 20 pin, not a 24 pin. You can it on the 24 pin but I dont recommend it if you have a high end gpu or other cards that suck power maybe like the cpu. Ram looks good, but you will need a video card if you dont already have one. Other than the psu and the gpu it looks like a high demanding rig. Thats just me, maybe wait for one of the guru's. I tried lol

Bad power supply in that case. Foxconns are decent motherboards but I wouldn't use one in that build. You are spending over 600 bucks on a processor, no sense getting a lower end motherboard. Why SLI? I'd get an Asus single slot board with an Intel chipset, one of the P5LD2 or P5WD2 models. You do not need thermal paste, the stock heatsink comes with the proper material preapplied. You do not need premium ram, any old DDR2 533 will work fine with that processor.

The aspire power supply is worse than the first one, very poor brand. Antec, Enermax, Sparkle, Fortron are good.
An atx2.0 or later unit with a 24 pin main and 2 x 4 auxillary power connector is what you need.

Everything looks good. You could save $90 dropping down to DDR2 533: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146054
