music studio pc
hey guys, basically im building a computer for a friend. He wants to use the pc in his recording studio, so he gonna be recording/editing/playing back music on the pc.....can u guys recommend what i should use?

Budget, please - AMD or Intel preference, please - and does it have to be ultra quiet? What equipment does he already have to interface with it?
