This is what I hate

My Lian -Li Case came with no instructions as to the positive and negative of the wires for front panel Power LED, HDD LED, Power Switch, or Reset Switch. My Intel motherboard manual shows the dark wires as negative. Lian LI shows their usb wiring as using the white wire as Negative. I have had no response from this company and no support information on ther site. Is there a standard for color coding these front panel wires?

I would follow the Intel instructions. If the USB wiring(for front panel) is on one large connector........it will only fit one way. There is usyally a white dot on the plug that matches the blank pin on the MOBO.

The LEDs will only work in one position; if they don't turn on, reverse the connector. It doesn't matter on the switches as they are, switches.

The wires for the front power and LED's are seperate from the USB connections. I was only using the wires on the USB connectors as examples of thier color coding.

If the LED's are connected wrong it won't hurt anything. If the LED's don't work, reverse the connections,no harm done.
