This is in the same order as your's... Awesomeo

Case is pretty much personal preference.

The optical drive you chose will work. There's new technology coming out so there's no point in spending lots on it.

The cooling fan ruins the warranty on CPU so you shouldn't be getting it until warrany runs out.

I'ms assuming that you plan on raiding those Seagate drives for speed but instead I think you should be going with raptors which are made as gaming drives... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822144160 here's a small amount of storage one if you get one you save $50 or get 2 and raid them.

Mouse / KB I think are personal preference although if you plan on intense gaming / Lan partys you should be going with wired.

I'm not good at RAM

Not good with Monitors either.

For the motherboard you should be going with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131568 because this allows 16X pci-xpress for each pci xpress slot where as the other one's don't.

Not the best with PSU's but I think that will do...ask some1 else.

Not any good with CPU's and Speakers either.

It also looks like your going full out so you should go with the newer Geforce that's out the GTX an example is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131568 it's alot pricier but if you expect it to last 3 years you would want to. This card beats to 6600's in pci xpress by itself. I doubt that you will be able to play all the games maxed out for 3 years because I think the only card out right now that can do the newer games such as BF2 maxed out is the 7800 and ATI's new one that I forget the name of. The system might be able to play games that come out for 3 years but I doubt it.

If any1 thinks these are bad suggestions feel free to suggest something else. Unless you plan on upgrading different parts in the next 3 years don't even think that you'll be able to max out the qualiity on the newest game in the next three years. Maybe only for a year or 2

Go with this monitor instead:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824014090

I trust BenQ -- never heard of CMV.

The 7800GTX is actually older than the 7800GT -- the GT is really just a GTX with fewer pixel pipelines. If you really want to go all out, then get two GTXes, but you can save a good bit of money by going with the GTs.

If you want to go for three years without any lag, I would actually get one graphics card now and replace it with whatever card is state-of-the-art in 18 to 24 months. You'll get more for your money that way.

You don't need XMS RAM -- you can save a bit of money going with ValueSelect.

That keyboard and mouse combo looks fairly cheap -- I'd recommend getting a Logitech combo. Everyone I've talked to has had good luck with them.

You won't get any performance gain in games from RAID, and it puts your data at risk. If you're going to use two hard drives, don't hook them up in RAID, or use RAID 1 (but then you'll only have a total of 250 GB of capacity).

Your other components look good.
