VERY Important question about my PSU and rig!

I need to know if my mobo and power supply will support all of this? Im more concerned about the PSU. Im planning on filling all 10 of my 5.25 drive bay slots. 2 with opticals and the rest with speakers and led stuff. Do I connect the opticals to the PSU or just the mobo, or both? If my PSU wont handle all of this, I need one that can. And I need to know the proper Watt to have, so that my system will remain stable.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Optical drives connect to the PSU for power and to the MOBO for transfer of data.

I just ran this sytem by a wattage caclulator and came up with 420 watts. The power supply should be fine. What I'm wondering about is your wallet after this. Why all the swag? Do you really plan to use all the extra toys? By the way, you hve 2 fan controllers in there. You only need one, the other one would just be taking up space. As far as the water cooling goes, you have read up on that right? It's not a project to be taken on a whim.
