Question PSU and motherboard compatibility?

Will the PSU included with the Antec TX1050B SOHO work with the ASUS A8N-E motherboard? I looked over the specs pretty well and didn't find any reason it wouldn't. I just wanted a second opinion before ordering it. Thanks in advance for any guidance or thoughts.

Yup, no problem. Both use a 24pin power connector.

Thanks Alaron! That case should give me plenty of room and no cooling concerns.
