I've come to Advanced Chipset Settings. Under Graphics Aperture Size what should I set it at? I have an fx5200 nvidia card @128mb.

What is the default value?
We used to set this to half the physical RAM in the system, but it might not really make a difference. Cricket

I think it was 32 but I changed it to 64 cuz in the manual they showed it as 64 (as an example only).
Also, I thought there was some way to show my system temperature on the desktop or access when on my desktop. I don't see a setting for that under hardware monitor....nor do I see a way to enable a system warning if its overheating. Do some motherboards just not have that option? I don't think the aperature setting makes much difference anymore...
Try a program like SpeedFan to monitor your temps in Windows... http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

okay...thanks you guys....everything was easier than I thought even though I don't understand much of it. It was different than the online bios guide I was using. I was prepared for many more options and settings.

Set the aperture to 128 or 1/2 your system ram, whichever is less.
