No Display
I started building a new computer, everything was going fine, all new parts, etc. etc., and after toggling with the FSB in the BIOS there's no display, any clue on how to fix this?

Reset the CMOS by either using the jumpers (see motherboard manual) or pulling the battery for a few minutes. Boot up, and you should be able to access the BIOS again.

Worked! Now I get a "Floppy disk(s) failed (40)" error.

Do you have a floppy attached? If not, disable it in the bios. If you do, recheck it for proper cable orientation.
