Intro and help
Hi my name is Jon and I am a user. I am building my 2nd clone in about 3 years. I am almost finished putting everything together. I am moving 2 Seagate Barracuda(1 160GB,1 300Gb) with a running O/S on the 160 over to the new computer. Also I am moving my network card(MS) and soundcard(Audigy MP3+) over. My question is what do i do after I have put them in to the new system? Should I add the other cards one at a time?

You will need to do that if you are moving a hard drive from another system. Otherwise, it will bluescreen instead of booting into Windows. You can load up all your cards - just leave all USB devices disconnected except keyboard and mouse. |
