Question Really dumb nOOb question

Assumeing a person gets all of the parts together correctly in what order do you install the OS,BIOS,drivers etc.....

Generally, you first install the OS. Then the drivers for your motherboard, then any other drivers for your hardware. You don't need to update the BIOS unless you know that you have some kind of issue that only a newer BIOS will fix.

about the bios, if you have a really old bios, then sometimes its underclocks your processor
