Welcome to the forums tripper. A couple of things missing, 1. OS. unless you have a spare copy of win xp or linux lying around, i suggest having a look at buying an oem os. 2. You will need a mouse + keyboard for input. 3. Finally, you might want to consider getting a wireless adaptor for your comp, if you ever want to set up a wireless network, and it isnt connected via ethernet.

the wireless thing i don't have a clue about, i do want to keep this comp online too and was going to figure it out after the new one was up but maybe thats not the best idea

Couple more things I'd suggest:
1. Change that power supply for something more reliable. ASPIRE don't make quality units. The Power Supply reference thread in the General Hardware Forum details the best brands. I'd recommend an Antec Truepower 550w for that build, it's SLI certified. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103931 2. I'd get Corsair memory; not that I've heard anything bad about Patriot RAM, the Corsair value select is much more popular for system builds, and I've heard nothing but good reports. 3. A Hard drive cooler is, in my opinion, unnecessary. FK
