Fittings?

Do they matter?

My old Athlon XP motherboard (KM4M series) has the dimensions of 9.6 x 8.85 inches and it's now in my old comp's casing.

I'm planning to put MSI K8MM-V into the casing, but the dimensions are 243 x 195 mm. And it looks a little bit smaller, especially the 195mm part.

Will it fit perfectly without a hitch?

As long as they are both ATX form-factor boards, and the case is for ATX form boards, it will work.
