cd rom not working
i just installed windows xp on my computer i just built and when i try to install the drivers from the disk that came with the motherboard it doesnt load. can someone please help me?

Do any other CDs work in the drive?
If not, then check your jumpering. If you're using an 80-wire IDE cable (very fine grooves, and will have a blue connector on one end), then the jumper on the drive should be set to cable select. FK
