AMD PC Build; Budget $1000
Hi, i just need help with a new build im starting. My budget is around $800-$1000 NOT INCLUDING THE CASE because i know im gonna spend a little bit more for a nice case. I prefer an AMD build.
Some of my expectations out of this new build that im making: -Im a really hardcore gamer.. Some of the games that I play are Lineage II, WoW, Counterstrike, and I also wanna start this new game Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and BF2. However, my current computer cant run it since ive been playing on a laptop forever. lol :P- AMD processor - decent memory for music, videos, etc. that will fit inthe budget. thats basically all I want. This build is a totally new build and i dont have any old parts besides my mouse and computer. The monitor will not be in the budget too. So yeah. If anyone could help me out with this new build, that would be really great. thanks

Feel free to research those parts and change things a bit...you might want to look at a larger hard drive for your media...

Adding onto what Blue posted above, I would also spend a few extra bucks to purchase the retail version of the DVD rewritable drive as opposed to the OEM version. It comes with a bunch of necessary/great software.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106256 In fact, adding on shipping, it's cheaper than the OEM purchase. kram

Actually the OEM Lite-Ons come with the same software as the retail boxed units.
