You need to make sure you use a quality power supply. Roswill isn't.

See if you can get that case without the PSU:
SPARKLE ATX-350PN-B204 ATX 12V 2.0 350W Power Supply - OEM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103012

Has a 20+4 connector, should it should be compatible.

ECS isn't known for quality. I'm not sure what to recommend you though. A better choice for RAM would be Corsair Value Select.

I recall someone here saying there have been reliability issues with the 7200.8's (I think that was the series).

The OEM drives won't come with cables, but a Retail motherboard should.

EDIT: I assumed that board had onboard video. Doesn't appear so. You'll need yourself a video card or a board with onboard video.

I don't see a video card listed here. Unless you have an AGP video card already you will need one.

Be prepared to buy a new power supply. The PSU that come with budget cases are usually pretty crappy.

OEM parts come with no extras. Just the part. However your mother board will come with IDE ribbon for the optical drive and a SATA cable for your hard drive.

you are correct blue. 7200.8 has a bearing issue that caused freeze ups and crashing. You might want to consider a Western Digital WD1500 series SATA drive.

I'd recommend one of the Asus K8N boards - they have a micro ATX with onboard video and a PCI-E slot (K8N-VM). The K8N and K8N-E have an AGP slot and no onboard video.
