Vet Builder...New Problem
I was building a new PC for my brother using my old parts. Specs; ASUS p4p800, Corsair PC3200 512MB RAM, P4 2.8 E, and an outdated MX card. I cant speculate on the power supply because it came with the case. I believe it is around 300 but defenitely not more. Case in point, i built it and the thing was a problem the whole way. I reinstalled it 4 times before i could not get a picture on the screen. I installed the OS and delivered it. I started it up over there and it did the same thing. The power supply would go on, the cpu fan would light, not sure about the gpu, but no image would be there. Its very unreliable now that i see it. It will do it numerous times and very rarely start up. I messed with the RAM positions already, as i know sync problems can be the issue but the RAM is fine...i need help

First thing to try: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409 Be sure to take the motherboard out of the case.
What is the brand and wattage of the power supply?

If the video card is an AGP x1 or x2, the mobo may not support the older AGP card.
