help! my system suddenly not booting up!

HI i built an amd system about 2 weeks ago and yesterday,(opteron165) i was trying to overclock it. My cpu, pwmic, chipset were all below 40c at full load. I only rasied my voltage one step, and tried to achieve 2.5ghz after doing 2.2ghz. During the process, my system rebooted a lot of times becuase of the unstability. Now it doesn't boot anymore and i hear these long constant beeps. My board is a lanparty ut nf4 ultra d. I went to the dfi website and it says that long beeps are for psu/vga problem but they work fine right now. I think i burnt my mobo. I read the troubleshooting guideline and it doesn't work. Should i get an rma?(NEwegg or DFI?)thankyou
and what are the warranty infos for dfi?\\

thanks a lot

yes i removed the battery for a few minutes and put it back but it didn;t work.
Does overclocking void the warranty? I cant find the warranty info on dfi's website?
should i rma to newegg or dfi?

oh also

i just read some post about similar problems from others. could it be the psu that's causing the problem? it looks like it is working with the led and fan going on. It is a ocz modstream 520w. I feel so bad right now because i think i tried to do too much with my pc. I thinks i rebooted my pc over 20 times while overclocking.

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
Check page 29 in your manual for the proper way to Clear CMOS Data. That's the page number of the online manual.

Did you unplug the computer from the wall outlet first?

I have a question though.
How do manufacturers know whether we overclocked or not?
thanks
