Nice setup. Have you tried the raid drivers that came with the MB? Which raid config are you wanting?

My personal opinion (doesn't matter at all is that raid is really obnoixious. I've had more friends/customers complain about raid than I can shake a stick at. Hopefully we can help you out.

Well sir just the standard raid,I guess its raid1..I really dont know I'm a dummy when it comes to doing this stuff..This is my first time building one..I had a raid setup in this system with other parts when it was built by someone else and really liked it..Now I just found out the MB has an old BIOS and the settings are different then what I have written down and I have no idea how to fix that..I may have to give up and take it to a shop although I dont know one around here that I would trust..Between a rock and a hard spot..

I would suggest that if you don't really need a raid setup, save yourself some $$ and set the second raptor as a storage drive. I think raid 1 is data stripping (a mirror image of your main hard drive for backup purposes). I wish I could help you more. this is why I stay away from raid lol.

Ok suppose I give up on the raid.I have the 2 Sata Raptor HD's and a regular Maxtor HD as storage/backup..How do I get them all working?? I'm really sorry I ever started this....
