graphics card trouble

when i try to install my graphics card in my newly built computer it says that the driver is not compatible with windows. it asks if you want to continue anyway or stop and cancel installation. what is the problem can someone please help me.

after i continue the installation, my computer keeps rebooting over and over.

graphics card is nvidia geforce 6200 fx agp. hard drive is seagate 200 gb ultra ata/100 mother board is VIA P4M800/8237 chipset socket 478 cpu
