Red face First Build...Intial start up/ setting up problems HELP!

I just bought all the stuff I need for a new build this includes:

AMD Anthlon 3700+ Processor (San Diego) Socket 939
2x eVGA e-GeForce 7600 GT CO PICxE 256MB GDDR3
Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe Mobo
GEIL 2GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 RAM
Raidmax XI- case with Raidmax 450W PSU
Seagate 200GB HDD
LITE-ON 52x32x52x CD-RW

So I managed to pull the thing off, get the system up and running with minor problems that I managed to fix along the way. Now the problem is that I boot the computer everything from the PSU, CPU, and GFX cards turn on visible fan spin visible, along with Mobo green light on. Now when I boot I press Delete to start the comp up. First few times nothing happened. I get it to work a couple tries later and I'm in Bios. But after needing to do something else I am only able to get the comp to run on BIOS two times. After that its just endless repetition of press delete on start up and still nothing. I've tried different RAM modules that I know work, tried switching the molex connectors, IDE cables, the SLI VGA cards, various ways of having the system work and still not luck on getting back onto BIOS. I know nothing is burnt, broken, or otherwise having been able to start up before, and knowing that everything is still running and doing what its supposed to do...but maybe I'm over looking something. The help will be appreciated, heh. So any suggestions?

You're trying to run a SLI rig with a 450 watt RaidMax power supply? You need a SLI certified power supply from this list. Note that no RaidMax power supply is on the list.

Maybe somebody here can help you. If not, try going to the Asus website's support forum. There is a large volume of posts on that mobo, as well as, people who will try to help you.

Actually I checked and this one is in the group from the list you posted. So I think I'll be getting this one instead. http://shop2.outpost.com/product/447...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG
