Graphics Card for my PC, difference between oc-ed and normal?
ok I wanted an evga 7900GT card...newegg has 2 varieties, an overlocked one and a standard one I think...the standard one is sold out, but the overclocked is in stock... does it matter which I get?

Slightly overclocked has a little effect on your gaming performance, I doubt eVGA has it overclocked any more than what their standard cooler can handle. Just don't pay a huge premium for the extra 25MHz.

Doesn't the overclocking mean it will heat up more, and break sooner? Oh, and uh if it says superclocked in the card name, does that mean it is overclocked? or is that sometihng completely different?

Right there, in the card name, says Superclocked...is that just their way to say overclocked? |
