Problem after build, can't figure it out

Hi guys,

Did the build.... Fired up the Computer got into BIOS everything was working great for me. Exited BIOs and went to go load Windows off the hard drive. It started to load Windows then it restarted because it could not load windows. I let it try again, Same result won't load windows. So then I shut it down, Unplugged it and checked all the connections just to make sure I had everything ok. Plugged it all back in, No response from the monitor and I got 3 beeps. When I was in BIOs everything was great temps were like 32 degrees
