questions

Large memory modules should be ECC/Parity. what does this mean?

"A refresh rate of at least 75Hz is recommended.Increase it if possible." why?

oh and does updating bios help? should i upgrade bios?

I'm assuming you just ran SiSoft Sandra.

Ignore the first line, it's only appropriate for certain server motherboards.

Ignore the second line if you have an LCD monitor. If you have a CRT monitor, increasing the refresh rate cuts down on flicker.

You only need to update the BIOS to address a known problem. Updating the BIOS for no reason is risky, since a bad BIOS flash will render your motherboard inoperative.
