Advice, compatibility, comments and suggestions please.

[Deicard]

Generally, I have been working on two different versions. First is the 'Deicard' version which lacks windows xp, however makes up for that with some other things (I own XP home, however I was thinking of getting pro). Then there is the 'Delta' version which has windows xp pro in it the processor is also different. Currently, I do not know if the wattage is correct for either model, and if the graphics card will fit. The graphics card takes a PCI Express 16x, and it takes up space of two 16x slots (it does not go into both of them, it is just rather big). Please check for compatibility. I would like to stay under 2k, not including shipping.
