Everything looks fine to me. You have forgotten the operating system, but besides that, everything will work together fine. One thing you might want to look into is the memory. While the stick(s) you have right now will work fine, you would want to look into DDR2-533 (PC4200) instead of DDR2-667 (PC5300) - it's cheaper and will give you practically identical speeds as the DDR2-667 you have picked out.

Is there a particular reason you're getting an SLI motherboard?

Thanks for your responses
SLI for future expandability for gaming. By the way, is there any explaination why the 533 would be identical to the 667? |

Also, if you ever want to use SLI, you'll need another PSU. That 430W Antec in the case won't cut it. The Antec TP-II 550 would be a good choice. Also, you might consider dropping the SLI board and then using the saved money to bump the video card up notch for better gaming performance now.

Keep in mind that in order to use SLi, you not only need a heafy PSU, but you also need two identical graphics cards in order for it to work properly.
