Having trouble getting into CMOS settings

This is my first build and I am a novice at this. I have everything installed and working properly. I went into CMOS settings the first time and adjusted the date and time then accidently saved and exited out.
Now I can't get back into CMOS settings to proceed with setup, set up the BIOS, etc. Im stuck.

Is there a way to reset everything and start fresh?

I installed a Mach Speed Matrix P4M800 Socket 478 Motherboard, Intel 340 2.93 533FSB processor.

I truly appreciate any advice you can give. Without it im not sure where to go from here.

Look in your manual for the location of the "clear cmos" jumper. Disconnect the power cord, move the jumper to the clear position for a minute or so, then return it to the default position.
