What will you intend to use this build for? Depending on your use, you may want to consider WinXP Home over the more expensive Media Centre Edition.

You do not need DDR2-667 memory - DDR2-533 will do just fine, since you will probably not be Overclocking this system. In terms of hard drives, I suggest Seagate, WD, or Maxtor over Samsung - Samsung makes excellent monitors, but I wouldn't walk into Samsung drives. For opticals, chose Lite-On over Samsung.

Samsung drives, both optical and harddrives, are not the best quality. I agree with kram's suggestions. Switch the hard drive to a Western Digital or Seagate. Also change the DVD Burner to LiteOn or NEC.

I would go for a larger power supply. 380w is a tad too low for your system. A gaming system is not one to use a low power power supply with. I would get an Antec 550w TruePower 2.0 550w power supply.

Can my analog monitor work with my video card because it says dvi out...

And would getting a 2.66 ghz dual core processor be better than a 3 ghz single processor?

You would be much better off getting a 3Ghz Pentium 4 as opposed to a 2.66Ghz clocked Pentium-D. Yes, your analogue monitor will work with the monitor - there should be a DVI to VGA (Analogue) converter that you can use to connect them.
