New pc builder

im looking at a 430w psu(good reviews)

ok im goin through with it i already picked out case/psu/and grafics card(1x7600gt now, another in the future)

i know nothing of mobo's please help!

goin for this mobo
does it matter if its sli ready with my 7600gt?
idk what sli ready means

now i just need to pick out a cpu i think i might go with this one
idk i heard this operton is better for overclocking?

also looking to bythis heatsink

Found a real nice mobohttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131540

also upgraded to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103937
(500w)
put a dent in my budget might have to wait a couple more weeks(months) to get 2x1gb ram sticks, or ill just go with the best 2x512.

so far--------------------------
Case
PSU
MoBo
CPU
CPU HeatSink
Subtotal=$702
Total(Tax and Shipping)=$777 :O <--thats all i could afford for now..

should i go with the AMD Operton 144 and just over clock it with my mobo? Cause i heard it overclocks like crazy and the mobo has an AI over clocking feature .
overheating isnt a prob with good cooling, i don care how loud my fans will be..
