Upgrading My PC

Firts off, its kinda confusing explaining this but for reference i have a current computer (Computer #1):
amd 3700+
7800gtx
2gb RAM

and an older computer (Computer #2):
amd fx51
5950 ultra
2gb RAM

Okay well I'm upgrading Computer #1 and using the parts that come out of it to upgrade Computer #2 (if that makes sense). But anyway, I need to get a new processor and videocard. I currently have a AMD 3700+ and a GeForce 7800GTX in Computer #1 but i need to use those to be put into Computer #2. So i was thinking about getting an AMD FX60 and a GeForce 7900GTX (512mb) to upgrade Computer #1 (as well as another raptor or so, but thats not important). However, I have been looking on the web and trying to research this but i can't find a clear answer to my problem: is there any new videocards or processors coming out relativley soon (like in a month or so) that would be worth waiting for? I know there will always be bigger and better things and everything gets outdated everyday practically, but is there any significant hardware I should consider waiting for? If not i will most likely just get the fx60 and the 7900gtx.

Also, if you have any other recommendations or comments about this upgrade, it would be much appreciated.

As for the CPU:

AMD X2 5000+ and the AMD FX-62 should be coming out in the near future, I havent seen any dates though

AND on June 5th, nVidia launches the 7950 GX2:

However, those look like relativley new setups you have there, any specific reason for upgrading?

Well the main reason is because i play a lot of games and Computer #2 is kinda falling behind and doesnt play new games very well. It may be mostly the videocard but I want to upgrade the processor just to keep it up to speed. As for putting the new parts into the better computer (Computer #1), i just want to keep that one the most up-to-date; i just like that one better overall (afterall, it is the first computer i built on my own ). Thanks for the links btw, i'll definitley check into that.

As for others, i'd still like to hear any comments, suggestions, or information about new and upcoming hardware.

thanks, trc
