2nd Build (check over before purchase)

Hello, this is my 2nd PC build. First one I did was smooth and no major problems. This computer has to stay under 2k and its for my family not myself. It will be used for some gaming and some practical applications. I don't need monitor, keyboard or mouse.

Please check over my parts and make sure they are compatible and work and let me know what you think. Also please make your own recommendations if you think something isn't as good as it should be. Thanks so much for the help!

Looks pretty nice. That rig won't need a sound card to make games/etc. more enjoyable!

Could tone down some of the parts and spend it on large LCD monitors; make a dual set up.

That PSU isn't SLI-Certified. Get one of the ones on the top list:

Almost forgot, you want an SATA drive not an ATA drive. I'd recommend the WD SE16 250GB.

This kinda deviates from the orignal post, but I've been considering the same parts for my build. I'm kind of worried about the cooling.

I read some of the reviews for the video card, and people have complained about it being hot?

The stock cooling with Retail CPUs is adequate...not using it would void the warranty anyways.

Looks good to me. The only suggestion I have is to get a 7900GTX instead of a 78000GTX. Slightly more powerful, and you can pick one up for under $500.
