Welcome to PCM.

Your list looks pretty good, just a couple suggestions.

CoolMax power supplies are poor quality. They are on the bad list here. Switch it for a Fortron Source unit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104014 Much higher quality.

Go with eVGA over XFX. eVGA is arguably the best Nvidia card builder. The 7900GT is a great card.

I would go with onboard sound for now and decide if you need a card. Onboard sound is usually adequate, but if you find it lacking, pick up a Creative X-Fi later on.

The Forton PSU looks a lot better. As for graphics what specific model/brand would you suggest. I was looking for a card that costs ~350 dollars.

Should i go with a Geforce 7800GTX or a Geforce 7900GT? The 7800gtx is slightly more expensive and the 7900 is newer technology, so im not sure which is actually better.
Which of these would you suggest:

The 7900GT is the better buy. You can't beat this one for that price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130016
