windows help

i just recived my parts today and i put it all together and when i start it up and try and instal windows it will portion and format and then it reboots and goes back and does it again and i cant get past it please help--- first build----

i dont know the psu model name but its xion LC-B450E

the ram is pny pc3200 ddr400

Remember, when installing XP, you only click on "boot from CD" the first time,after that when it boots & asks "Boot from CD" ignore it or you will go around in circles as you are experiencing.

i never click boot from cd

i turn on my computer it loads up like normal through the bios then it says boot from cd drive then a few seconds later it says boot from dvd drive then a minute later it says boot failure insert system disk so i do and it goes to a blue screen that says windows setup in the top left then on the bottom it checks the hardware config then it has the eula press f8 then it says press enter to to continue to set up windows or r to repair windows or f3 to quit setup without instaling windows press enter it does some please wait loading stuff then it comes to a screen that asks you to partition space then it partitions then it copies files then it re boots and the process starts over again
