That looks fine to me.
The only thing I suggest is picking up DDR2-533. Anything higher is overkill if you aren't planning to overclock. |

And is there a reason for buying a sli mobo but buyin a ati card? Just sayin, if you ever plan to go sli, you will need a nVidia card, if I were you I would go ahead and start out with one. Otherwise everything looks great.

I was looking at the same MB/Processor setup, but according to ASUS' site, the P5ND2-SLI does not support 65nm technology.

Oh I just noticed the mobo, btw never buy a nForce or other chipset for a Intel build, they are fine for amd but for intel they have been having alot of problems. Heat, corruption, no oc potential. If I were you I would stick to a intel chipset. Get a i945 or above for support of dual core and cedar mill.

The P5LD2 and P5WD2 series boards are the best bet.

I think I am going to go with the ASUS P5LD2 Deluxe. If I buy it OEM from newegg does it come with the plate, cables and things like that.

Maybe, maybe not. Always buy retail motherboards.
Note that it may not ship with a new enough bios to support a 9xx processor. |
