Not sure if this is in the right place but lately every so often my computer will make a loud continous beeping noise and it won't stop until I turn off my computer and flip off the power switch, then start it back up 10 seconds or so later. Does anyone have any idea of what the problem could be? Also everytime Im done using my computer for the day I turn the PSU switch off in the back, is that damaging? If anyone could help please reply!

Just shut it down. No need to turn off the psu. If there's storms in the area, then unplug it from the wall.
The beeps could be from bad memory. Test with Memtest86+. |

If you have temp probes that came with the case or added on, could be an over temp alarm.
Some mother boards also have audio alarms for over temps.
