Just built first computer... monitor says "No Signal"

Hi I just built my first computer and all was going up until starting up the computer when the screen showed up saying "Attention: No Signal." I don't know what's wrong. I'm pretty sure it can't be my motherboard because my CPU fan is running. I'm pretty sure the video card is attached correctly and the monitor is plugged correctly. I tried taking out my four RAM cards and just putting one back in and then two, but nothing happened. I just don't know what's wrong. Any help?

Welcome to PCM.

Can you give us a list of your parts, including brand and wattage of the power supply?

Can you hook up a case speaker and see if the board gives you any beep codes?
