Cool which 754 motherboard?

Hi, recently i fried my mobo, and it was sent for a replacement but it seems that newegg doesnt carry it in stock anymore so im going to have to buy a new one instead. I need a 754 motherboard but dont know which to choose, im a big overclocker (im the guy who pushed his sempron 64 2600+ to 2.7 ghz ) anyways i was looking at this board since it supports both agp and pci-e (because i curently have an agp card but am looking to upgrade it in a couple of months). tell me what do u think of this motherboard, any experiences, or better ideas would be great. Oh btw i was thinking of selling my old sempron 64 2600+ and 9700pro and 9800se. and buying a 939 system with pci-e video card (budget prlly around $160+ $100 i have saved up) again tell me your thoughts.

Thanks in advance

That's not true AGP - it's AGR and has very limited card support. Only get it if your card is on MSI's supported list.

You would be better off with a 939 PCI-E build - if you are an overclocking nut, maybe it's time to get into the DFI world.
