The Ultimate Gaming Rig

1. I want to state the type of motherboard and CPU that I am looking for: I have decided to buy the new dual core CPU from Intel and need a motherboard compatible with this. I researched ASUS for boards and found out the P5W DH Deluxe is suitable for what I need.
Please feel free to post any suggestions you may have on the two components above.

2. Also for my gaming PC I need a high quality graphics card and have chosen this one:ATI RADEON X1900 XTX 512 MB PCI Express (any suggestions on graphics cards are welcome!!)

3. I would like to go on the internet frequently with this build so any recommendations on modems or on-board modems would be appreciated

Intel has a newer core duo 2 cpu coming out soon. You may want to wait for that. Just post everything you want to get in here and everyone will let you know if there is something better to get, or if what you want is good.

also I suggest these vid cards. 24 pixel pipelines is a lot better then 16. You don't really need 512MB. But if you want more memory I suggest the 2 and 3 two since your willing to pay 600 bucks for a vid card anyway. The bottom is the best of the best.
