still considering upgrade......

I've ordered another stick of ram to match the ram I originally bought.
On considering the graphics card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16814130269), I believe I do need another psu. GLC, you said I could probably get by with the Antec 350w I have now but it only has one 12v rail and that's 16amp. People who have bought the card say eVGA specs say 13amp but techs they have talked to say at least 16amp.

So, I'm considering three different PSUs. They all are about the same cost.

They are all dual 12v rail and the Coolermaster has one that's 18amp. What do you all think?

I think those high wattages are overkill for your PC. Maybe try this

You do not need a dual rail PSU for an AGP board. Run it with your Antec and see how it handles it. If it chokes, get the cheap Thermaltake W0070 420 watt - that's a quality unit with a single 18 amp rail. You do need to spend some cash to get a better card than that Radeon 9700 Pro - that's still a decent card and a good match for the rest of your system.
