I got it all for 1300 dollars. The PSU is the stock one that comes in the Diablotek case i bought.

That is very risky - you spend $1300 and trust it to a single rail ATX 1.x power supply with only 15 amps on the +12v rail? I'd get it out of there right now and get a proper dual rail ATX 2.0 unit. You are NOT going to get a quality power supply that meets PCI-E specs in any case that costs much less than $100.
