Building my first gaming machine
I want to build a computer used for gaming, but I dont know what parts to buy and I dont know what parts are compatiable with what. I'm willing to spend 1000 dollars (maybe a little more) on it and I would like you guys to pick out the stuff I need to buy. I would like 2 drives, 1 DVD/CD Burner, 2 DVD-Rom Drives, and everything that will be compatiable with this case: http://www.xoxide.com/nzxt-nemesis-e...ase-black.html.
So I would appreciate it if you guys helped me.

Question - did you buy the power supply for that case yet? Actualy, is that simply the case you want and the $1k have to include it?
Why 2 DVD-Rom drives? Why 2 hard drives? I'd get one hard drive and one DVD burner, period, to save money to spend on stuff that's more important. If you must have a separate drive to play DVD's, just get one rom drive. A DVD burner can play and burn anything. |
