Is the six pin power plugged into the vid card? Are all mobo power cables in place?

Follow the instructions in this thread to troubleshoot a no video issue.

http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409

Lower end PCI-E cards often do not require a dedicated power connector, and I don't see a slot for one on the newegg pictures.

In addition to the steps in the linked thread, make sure you have BOTH the 24 pin main power connector AND the 2x2 Auxiliary connector plugged into the motherboard.

It would also help if you posted your complete system specs, including brand and wattage of your power supply.

That card doesn't have a power connector on it.
What brand model and wattage is your power supply?
Did you plug in the square 2x2 auxillary power connector near the processor?
Edit: Yup, what Freakitchen said, he types faster than me.
