Help choosing a case?

I was told that an 80mm fan will move the same amount of air as a 120mm but it makes more noise. Is this true? If so, which case can i get around the same price range or little bit higher with a 120mm fan on it that is compatable with what Ive got? Or does it even matter? Preferably with window and neon!! Thnx in advance for any suggestions you may have. Heres what I got!!
