Out Of Case Failed....what next?

Just attempted to put together an ASUS P5P800-VM with a 930 D, 1 gig of DD400, Thermaltake TR2 plus a HD and a couple of DVD drives and nothing happens. Everything powered up but no video out. So I did the suggested out of case build and its the same. So how do I figure out which component is bad?

What about the power supply? Brand and model/wattage?

Did you plug in both motherboard power connections?

If you did, try another compatible power supply if you have one.

Just tried that and I'm good. I wasn't aware about that 4 prong or 2x2 connector, but I'm good to go now. Thanks!!!!
